Yuzu beer?

    The former brewer at Dieu du Ciel made a yuzu berliner weisse - has since moved to Japan to open a brewery there.

    It was made with very young & still sweet De Troch lambiek, very interesting & unusual stuff like a funky lemonade more than anything else.

    Jolly Pumpkin just had a Yuzu Gose on tap - got a growler of it and it was great! But, it was more like a Berliner than a Gose - didn't get a whole lot of salt out of it.

    Still emminently crushable though.

    It should but I would venture to say that it will become only a touch sourer, doubt that it will go all vinegar on you.

    OWA Lambics sounds really interesting, but those are really expensive...
