So I have a Zhukov vert that I want to trade for a darkness Vert if at all possible and was wondering what the going rate would be. MZ vert is 09-13
The going rate for what? You already know what you want to trade your Zhuk vert for, so why are you asking what you can get for it? Post it and see if anyone bites.
It's going to be hard to get a darkness vertical with the same years, darkness is a one day release and $20, where Zhukov is shelf beer that is $12.
Yea thats why I am asking should I shoot for 5:4, 5:3? Trying to avoid trolls by getting some help and input first
Warning: I'm a MN homer, but I looove Zhukov's. That said, I think you're probably best off shooting for maybe the '11-'13 in a few weeks. The further back you go, the tougher it's going to be to pull older Darkness out of people. While Zhukov is an amazing beer, it's not one that people prize for aging purposes, nor are older vintages sought after. Your best bet is find someone who's curious to try a bunch of well-aged Zhukov. 5:3 seems doable. 5:4 or 1:1 I'd be surprised if you find any takers. But who knows; it only takes one person.
