i have a decent haul to the brewery (2'ish hours) and was wondering if floyd's has had any kind of consistent schedule for zd release. I know at one point it was every thursday for quite a few months in a row. Last week it was tuesday and friday (i think). Anyone keep tabs on this or any brewery guys on here to offer advice? I am thinking of heading tuesday but would need to know if its available by 9 or 10AM on tuesday so i can get there and back by 3 and i don't think they update their phone until around 11 or 12. anyone? No schedule on ZD whatsoever. I look at their website every day cuz I'm bored and I don't see a consistent pattern. Also, you won't know anything about what's being released at 9 or 10 in the morning. You'll have to wait until at least 11-11:30 (if you call their phone number and go to option 3, sometimes the to-go list will be updated a little bit before they open). It's pretty much a crap shoot man, good luck.
here's my suggestion: occasionally they'll release a bunch and it will last more than a day. I'd monitor the releases and if it's still on their list right before 11pm or whenever the kiosk closes, give a quick call to confirm that it's still around and if they plan to sell the remainder the following day, and then make sure you are in the front of the line when they open the next day.
