Figured I create a separate thread since the tickets have been dispersed via Seymour, Trillium, Armsby. Nonetheless, I will have no qualms should a mod want to combine the threads

I admire Seymour's first take on Zwanze; offering two sessions to keep it crowd deterrent/comfortable/relaxed. Granted, they are splitting up the Cantillon taps per session, which some may scuffle at. However, that should be considered immaterial when considering the forthcoming tap list; the ability to indulge in and appreciate the Belgian offerings

To not prolong the intent of the post, they seem to be taking full advantage of Zwanze via pre-event activities:

    Details

Mike Schilling, of Schilling Brews, and the new brewing/education shop coming to Northampton, Beerology, will be presenting a Sour Beer Seminar ahead of our Zwanze Day celebration sessions. Mike has contributed much to the Northeast craft beer community- be it his knowledge and wisdom, his ability to make wine beer and cider accessible to palates of all experience levels and preferences, and of course his fantastic brewing prowess. Anyone who has had the privilege to try any of the Schilling beers knows what I'm talking about. Truly tremendous.

While the menu is still being confirmed, we will for sure be offering comparison tasting and discussion of the likes of Cantillon, Drie Fontienen, The Bruery, Trois Musquetaires, Trois Dames, Almanac, and more! Mike will thoughtfully guide us through a discussion and tasting of the many facets of the fascinating and vast segment of beer that falls under the umbrella of sour beer.

Ticket prices will be announced early this week, but save the date now! The tasting will start promptly at noon!

This could be a great pre-event for those of you who were able to get Zwanze tickets or a great event for those of you who missed out.

    Cheers and happy fall!
...much respect for the glassware the shared with Moan and Dove, a place of reminiscence
