My wife and I are arriving in Paris on the 20th and I wanted to find out if anyone could tell me what to expect at La Fine Mousse? I've looked around for info, and the only thing I found was a yelp review from last year that made it sound like it was mostly locals and it wasn't as big of a deal as it is in some other places (no lines, no tickets required, actual seats available). Is this an accurate description? Assuming the tapping will happen at 21h(?), would dinner at 19h be possible? There doesn't appear to be anything posted on their website about the event, so I'm hoping it isn't nearly as crazy as some of the times I've gone in the US.

Being in Paris for a week, I plan on making the following stops, but if anyone has any additional recommendations, they'd be appreciated! I'll be looking for mostly sours (the usual suspects). I also found the happy-go-hoppy site (thanks IckyFlix).

Shops: La Cave a Bulles, Brewberry
    Bars: Supercoin, L'Express de Lyon

It won't be as crazy as in the US but La fine mousse is not a big place so if you want to be seated and confortable I suggest that you arrive early and buy tickets ( they will start selling tickets at 17h). They will also tap other Cantillons.

I am not sure I will make it to the event as I am returning from my Us holidays on the same day.

I am glad that you find my modest site useful, you picked the right places for your stay.
If you are mainly looking for Cantillon, La Cave à Bulles is the right place and you will have a nice selection of french beers.

Thanks for the info Icky. We'll be arriving from Boston around noon, so hopefully we can power through and stay awake until they tap the zwanze. Great to know about the tickets, although we might show up a bit later as we'd like to explore the city before hand.
