We're hopeful that will be the case as early as next year, Rob.

I've never had Cantillon, hopefully this is my chance. I just bought a lucky rabbits foot, feeling pretty good about it.

Even if you don't get selected in the drawing, I'll bring some to the bottle share, and I'm sure others will to. - Jeff

I'm right there with you, hoping to get a taste. But I'll be getting a glass for sure. Good times.

Will the bottle share happen simultaneously or before/after the event?

The self control to hold onto it for a year is impressive.

I've never made it for a BA bottle share, but this might be the first.

This is exactly why it takes me so long to decide what to crack open. True first world problems.

Same here...one Batch 1 in the fridge and afraid to drink it. I have other batches but Batch 1 is special.

What would be an appropriate amount of bottles to bring? I'm assuming a large number of people participating.

Having drank with Patrick (and many online beer people) multiple times, I know he, and most of us, are well aware of this. And no, they're aren't 100% different. They're both 'wildly' fermented wort, fruit added, yadayada.

A comment like yours is not out of place to remind people that the brewers intend to craft different experiences, in some way at least. Sometimes such a comment is warranted frequently, like reminding new beer geeks Westbrook Gose isn't a traditional Gose. But such a comment can be more constructive with a few more sentences.

A comment like yours comes up in almost any thread JK is compared to something, including other JK. It was not claimed Atrial is a better Overall beer (which is opinion IMO) or higher quality. It was stated which beer was preferred. The claims of better color, fruit flavor, and funk are pretty much opinion based as well, though that might rustle you. If I said I preferred Zombie Dust to BCBCS, would I be wrong? But it's different beers and different styles!

Nah, that's why I get multiples of each batch. I'm keeping one bottle of each batch to do a vertical at some point. I'm missing a batch 2 though

I'd say two or three if you're not used to them.. if you trade alot bring a few more, you won't open them all in most instances but you'll have a choice in case someone else opens what you brought.
