Bittered an IPA with northern brewer. 1 oz. cascade w/ 20 remaining.

I have 3 oz of zythos. I'll dryhop w/ one ounce.

suggestions for the other two oz. of zythos?

I haven't used zythos before and am hoping to get the full zythos flavor. Is it better for aroma or better for flavoring?

“Is it better for aroma or better for flavoring?” It is good for both.

A suggestion: use 1 ounce for a flavoring addition (e.g., 15 minutes remaining in the boil) and 1 ounce for aroma (end of boil).

Three ounces late hopping with Zythos should provide plenty of hop flavor/aroma.

    Cheers!

Good advice and just about exactly what I did. I added an oz. at 10 and a oz. at flame-out. thanks,
