This is a new brew to come to the Bobcat Cafe & Brewery. This Kölsch was created back in September utilizing German malt from a malthouse outside of Cologne, Germany & hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops. It is made according to the Kölsch Convention as made by Cologne Brewers in the early part of 1900. Conditioned on oak & DRY HOPPED (per tradition) for a minimum of six weeks, this Kölsch finished at 4.3abv. Enjoy.
