Beers as black as your soul. This event will celebrate the darkest offerings from some of our favorite breweries. Imperial Stouts? Check. Black IPA’s? Check. Something else ridiculously dark? Probably. Chef Marc will also be working on something special from the kitchen (don’t worry, no meat will be burnt in the making of this event). Imagine being in the woods at midnight during a total lunar eclipse and you might have an inkling of how dark these beers just are!
In addition, we will be hosting a San Diego Top Brewer book signing out on our patio! (http://www.chefspress.com/san-diegos-top-brewers-book-page/) Author Bruce Glassman will be here along with several of your favorite San Diego Brewers to sign copies and discuss the book. Should be a great time! I'll post the list of brewers attending as we get firm committments.
