As part of the ongoing launch of Surly in Iowa, Surly & Centro Restaurant will be teaming up for a unique event featuring amazing beer and food.
March 26th, 6-9pm
$30/person (+tax/gratuity)
Food offerings will be presented via collaboration between executive chefs Derek Eidson (Centro) & Jorge Guzman (Surly) and will include Whole Hog Pancetta, Roman Pizza, Brisket, Pork Tamales, House Chacuterie, House Made Tots, and more.
Beer offerings are going to include: Hell, Furious, Smoke Lager, Cacao Bender, Todd the Axe Man, a firkin TBD. In addition to these drafts cellar bottles will be being poured as samples and available for sale on a raffle basis, they will include, Surly 08 Darkness, Surly 14 BA Darkness, and Surly 4.
Food, Beer, & Surly + Centro snifter glassware will be included in the ticket price of $30. RSVPs are required and can be made by phone at 515-248-1780
