It’s time for the 10th Annual German Pub Crawl on Chicago's north side. You know it, you love it, you could do it in your sleep, now add it your calendar. It’s truly Lager land!

Let’s drink our way through some of the best of Chicago's German taverns and restaurants and take advantage of the wonderful Gemutlichkeit that these fine establishments offer.

The date is Saturday May 30th.

Lets meet at 12:30 at Laschet's at 2119 West Irving Park. They have a great beer selection and some awesome food!

At 3:15 or so, we will dodge traffic as we venture to the north side of the Irving Park and head to Resi's Bierstube (2034 W. Irving Park). Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can spend some time in the Beer Garten.

We can then wander up Lincoln Ave with maybe some stops at the The Bad Apple, Hal Acre Tap room, The Fork, Graftons, Tiny Lounge, Wild Goose, Fountainhead... or do we just jump in a taxi (and head directly to Lincoln Square?

At Lincoln Square we will stop at the Hansa Clipper and then the Huttenbar, the Brauhaus (4732 N. Lincoln) and will try and check out the rooftop deck at Genes.

Last and certainly not least, the various German Clubs are sponsoring a large May Fest right in Lincoln Square. They will have free live entertainment, good food, etc.
