The wait is over! Proclamation Ale Company is sending some beer back up to all of us here in Greater Boston. Well, not all of us. Really it's probably going to be very few of us. But it could be you!
We're welcoming them back with a release at all 6 Massachusetts Craft Beer Cellar locations. All locations will begin selling Proclamation at 5:00 PM sharp that day.
Brewmaster/Owner Dave Witham will be on hand at the Braintree location, pouring samples so you can personally beg him for more beer in Massachusetts.
Coming to Mass will be very limited quantities of:
Derivative w/ Galaxy- Unbelievably tast Galaxy hopped Pale Ale. If you've had it, you know. Seriously- a lot of Galaxy.
Keraterra w/ Mosaic & Galaxy-A light, golden ale fermented in Pinot Noir barrels with 100% brettanomyces and dry-hopped with a gratuitous amount of Mosaic & Galaxy hops.
Harper I w/ Apricot- Made by blending a firmly acidic base blonde sour with a lesser amount of our base red saison recipe. After blending, apricot was added directly to the barrel in a ratio of approximately 2.5 lbs per gallon. The result? A balanced, fruit-forward sour beer.
