Join Almanac and Chef Beau Schooler of Juneau Alaska for an incredible meal featuring wild Alaskan Seafood and Almanac’s seasonal brews.
We’re flying Chef Beau down from chilly Alaska to share his amazing food with us. Chef creates amazing dishes drawing upon the experience and bounty of Alaska to cook something really special. Combining his line caught bounty with whatever he finds at the farmer’s market will result in an incredible, improvised collaboration of the chilly waters of Alaska and the harvest from California.
