A= slightly dark amber-brown, little head or lacing.
S= lightly fruity, wild cherry nose with slight liquor scent and floral hops notes.
T= overall a bit weak and watery but the sour cherry was very evident and nicely balanced in. Light toasted malts and hops florals evident.
M= somewhat watery but fun to play with the residual sour cherry on the tongue.
D= might be nice with chocolate dessert, cheesecake or their creme' broulet, also with just a cup of black coffee. Not one that I would drink other than as an interesting and worthwhile curiosity.
