Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2008. Brewed for Desprat Vin (Aurillac - Cantal).
Appearance : red color (trouble), with pink foam head (not persistent).
Smell : strong aroma of roasted malt with a slight fruity.
Taste and mouthfeel : fruity flavours.
Drinkability : an average beer in the style fruit/vegetable ale, brewed with extracts of red berries.
