Very pale straw golden in color, with almost no color to speak of. No head with no retention and lacing. Medium to mild carbonation. Aroma is interesting with note of toffee, butterscotch, apple cider, pears, and bread. Mouthfeel is spritzy with a light body. Taste is of apples, pale malts, corn, and a very faint and weak hop flavor and bitterness. Mostly a product of the yeast with little substance. Wierd flavors limits the drinkability.
