I remember the brewery more than the beer, though the beer was really good. I like Reds and this must have been really good from my rating. I like the roasted malt flavor without much hop bitterness. I'm not a big fan of NW Reds.

From the crowler via the little lady's daughter and her beau. Thanks
Jamie and Jeanette! This solid little summer quencher pours a very
nice deep red mahogany with a decent head of off white foam from
the crowler, in a pint glass. Head fizzles to a thin ring and subtle
layer. Nose of rich caramel malts and moderately assertive and zesty
herbal hops with a touch of toast. Flavors expand on the nose with
nicely toasted malts, nicely pronounced herbal hops, and a touch
of biscuit and breaded malts. Nice mouth feel; medium light
body, light carbonation, and a moderately dry finish.
A solid red ale perfect for a BBQ.
Cheers
