Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Thin white head. Rings of lacing tend to sink down into the body.
Aroma of lemon and agave.
Taste is tart, with flavors of lemon, peach, and agave. Fruit lingers in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Not a tooth scraper. Clean and dry finish. Okay carbonation.
Good use of agave in a kettle sour.
