Dark, purple brown color brew, extremely turbid, almost disturbing thickness to its looks. Head, too, is bizarrely uneven in cream and froth. Nose is a dry wetness that develops slightly to sweet hops and toastiness.
This beer for me was characterized by its high drinkability and smoothness, despite apparent thickness and carbonation that seemed "off" and watery. Also served far too cold.
Taste is weak coffee, with a light roasted character. Sweet malts, mango, and blueberries (I was actually constantly reminded of blueberries somehow..). A smattering of hops can be detected.
It's name, "Yummy" is a development of the Chinese character "Yami", the name of the beer. I guess it's funny..
