Designed to be sustainable by using unneeded bread in the brewing process. From the bottle, it pours a slightly hazy amber color with a modest white head that eventually diminishes to a ring. The nose gets some fruity scents as well as, surprise!, breadiness. The mouth follows. Interesting way to brew bier!
