Clear gold with two fingers of white head. Rings of lace appear as the level drops.
Smell is fruity acidic with a pungent yeast aroma.
Taste is fruity acidic lightly bitter and astringent.
Mouthfeel is light well carbonated. Finish is dry and puckering.
Overall a tasty and slightly strange beer. I enjoyed it. Canned on 07/30/19.

Can from TJs.
A mostly clear orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks good. The nose has passionfruit along with a kettle soured lactobacillus character, yogurt like and frothy. Wheat, grain, a moderate candy sweetness to go with the sourness. Hints of guava and melon are present. The palate opens sweet and sour, a blend of sour fruit and simple syrup in a unsophisticated but enjoyable way. Mild yogurt and lactic notes are present, with a mildly meaty lactobacillus character. Sweet and sour on the finish, this is more intense than it needs to be. The sweetness gets to be a bit of a chore halfway through the can. Solid.
