For a fresh hop beer, muddled, uninspiring, with no fresh hop character to it. Really pretty disappointing. Oh well, live, spend, and learn.

This is a really solid IPA that I would not have guessed was fresh hops but is definitely hoppy. TIny bit of pine in the nose, citrus. Fruity, NW IPA style, good body. Just a solid NW IPA

12 oz. single from 6-pack cans from Westside Taphouse.
$12.
FRESH HOP
pours a ever so slightly hazed orange body with a lovely rocky/frothy eggshell white head.
Leafy, earthy hop aromas.. some floral aspects. Nice.
Taste is very much popping with fresh hop goodness. Fruity, floral. And a wee bit of dank. Goodness!
Nice mouth feel. Medium body and medium carbonation.
Nice canned Fresh HOP.

Look: Semi-clear burnt orange with a quick-forming head that pillows up nicely and leaves great lacing as it settles
Aroma: Lime, lemon, grapefruit juice, vegetal hop notes, light passionfruit, and some nice malt notes in the background
Taste: Follows nose well but passionfruit-led tropical fruit notes are more pronounced that the subtle wafts I got in the aroma. Citrus fruits and pithy raw hop sharpness dominate throughout and lead to a good bite at the end
Mouthfeel: Full, medium-high carbonation, and lightly dry on the finish
Overall: I dig it. A tasty and well-made fresh hop IPA that although a little past its prime, is still good and carries more fresh hop character than I expected at five weeks past canning date. A good showcase of the citrus side of Strata hops as well as tropical notes that I don’t usually get with the varietal

Can from Uptown Market.
A clear copper with a dense off-white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is surprisingly muted, with the least amount of fresh hop character among the 3 beers i drank tonight . Moderately fruity with tropical fruit, a little coconut, a little dank weed. Not a whole lot of fresh hop character. The palate opens moderately bitter and fruity, with orange, peach, melon and some coconut. Softly doughy with a creamy feel. Solid.
