64 oz. growler filled 4 Dec 2011 at WFM Austin, tried 6 Dec 2011. Served in (512) One snifter.
Medium white pinkish head. Moderately carbonated. Hazy dark gold in color. Smells peachy tart and yeasty, A says like a Bellini. Very peachy and fruity to start, quite floral, hibiscus is noticeable. Moderately sweet at the beginning, becoming fruity tart through the middle. Medium body. Ethanol is warming. Yeasty floral finish. Aftertaste is peachy tart and lingering.
Aroma is more peachy, taste is more floral. Overall one of the better beers I've had from Independence.
