Appearance. Pours a clear copper-brown with three fingers of white head that leaves some sexy lace behind.
Smell. Yellow grapefruit, cedar, and spicy malts ...like rye but I don't think there's rye in here.
Taste. Caramel malts, juicy yellow grapefruit and lingering oily cedar, some herbal bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body, below medium carbonation.
Overall. Good stuff.

Love the concept, but the cedar should be more subtle. Its a bit of a tannin bomb.
