On tap at Surrey Central Brewing.
A: 1/2" white head that left a nice lacing over cloudy honey coloured liquid.
S: Very faint smell of yeast and citrus.
T: Apple and pear taste throughout, which has some bitterness from citrus and floral hops up front which transitions to a bready and slightly yeasty finish.
M: Full viscosity and a high level of carbonation.
O: A nice representative of the style that is up there with the European varieties.
