7 oz sample glass served cold and with a cloudy-colored ring of head around the glass. Dark rust-colored, as observed in the dark bar. Smells sweet and caramelly with a woody hop. Tastes sweet, like honey, with caramel, toffee and a hint of chocolate. A little bit sour, in an orangish kind of way. Medium body with a nice fine carbonation on my tongue at the end. A well-balanced flavor profile and a really enjoyable beer. Nice job guys.
