Yet another good beer from the Old Capitol. Served in a tulip glass at the brewpub.

The beer is a very cloudy golden peachy color with a thin head that recedes fairly quickly, leaving just as little lacing. Very thick with sediment. When the glass is empty, there is a haze on the bottom of the glass.

The smell is good. Sweet with a mild banana and a little bit of funky belgian yeast. Nice grainy malts. The taste is along the same lines. Not too funky at all, but very quaffable. Dries off a bit towards the end.

The body is fairly thick from all of the suspended particles. Very nice. One of my favorite beers from the Old Capitol as of yet.
