Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a clear medium amber color and a lazy head that leaves some sheets of lace without retaining its structure particularly well
Smell: Modest earthy hop aroma
Taste: Fruity and earthy, with a biscuity aspect up front
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Drinkability: A decent ESB, but a little reserved
