On Tap in a wine glass during the Wood'Ja event. This is a blend of a young saison and a low ABV hoppy sour saison.
A very nice appearance and GLOW coming out of the spout. De La Tete looks like juice practically. Looking very bright yellow orange tangerine with a nice but not sustaining cap that settles, minimal stick.
Smell is of freshly sliced fruit with apple and a nice amount of belgian Yeast making way for some spice to come through. Wheat and pale malt. Taste is through the roof with the avove mentioned characteristics. Some brett and other bugs are present lightly. Not sour, funky, and a huge tasting saison taste.
Feel is medium bodied, unfiltered, spicy, and finishes very dry. The carb is no problem and I am having no problems drinking this one. Starts out fruity and wheaty. Low ABV makes this one good for more, but only if it came in pint glasses.
