On tap at the Organic Brewers Festival, poured 90% foam and took a while to settle. The excessive amount of head prevented much aroma from escaping, an a slight fruit odor was all that managed to free itself. The beer did become a nice light golden color once it reconstituted, but it was quite a feat.
The taste was somewhat reminiscent of grain shafts, and was somewhat stalky and rough, rather than light, clean and fruity. The finish was dry, and left no real impression.
