This was the first beer that won me over to Cascade Lakes. Id had mixed luck with their bottled line as I'd found it in Portland. But this fall seasonal Bavarian wheat beer, served at The Lodge in Bend resounds with ample body and abundant flavor. The aroma is profusely banana with a mass of banana and clove in the palate alongside a shy hint of pepper. The soft brassy color is lightly clouded with a delicate but persistent head.
This beer is well made, tasty, and highly drinkable. Recommended.
