Bottle from Boise Co-op. I love the funkiness, hemp characteristics of the Idaho 7, and how it plays here. Normal enough pour, nothing to get to excited about. Hoppy , funky aroma, mild dank character. Taste adds some fruitiness, stone fruit, nectarines. Mildly sweet, but finishes with a mellow bitter bite. All over the board, but some how comes together nicely.

Deep aroma of peach and melon. Moderately sweet to balance the bitter hops. The aftertaste is just bitter enough. Very fruity with pineapple and a touch of dried apricot with some piney notes to finish.
Sudsy on the tongue, warm and malty, and medium body. This is quite a delicious hoppy Pale Ale. I am going back for more. From the 12 oz bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.

Cloudy gold, off white persistent head. A lot of patchy lacing. Faint aroma of malt and floral hops. Taste is malt forward. Very mild bitter aftertaste. Overall, rather underwhelming. To be fair, the bottle isn't dated and if bottled in Spring, this is several months old.

12 oz bottle
Bottle says Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Citra hops. Hence the name....Drop the MIC.
But the Cascade website says: Citra, Idaho 7 and Warrior.
C'mon.
Seems lacking of carbonation.
Taste is unique...lots of hops, interesting pungency.
Okay for a real change up, but more than one at a time might be pushing it..

I'm drinking this straight from the bottle like the heathen I am.
It smells like... okay, this had to be intentional: It smells like high grade marijuana. Really.
Taste: See smell. I don't even smoke anymore, but drinking this beer really, really messes with my poor brain because all of my sense are telling me "marijuana." This beer tastes and smells like the best kinds of weed I used to find. This may be very unpleasant or very pleasant, depending on your outlook, experiences, etc. For me, it's oddly nostalgic and very original--a sort of skunky but light taste followed by a bit of hop bitterness at the end.
Feel--nothing special, but quite drinkable. Light and easy.
Overall: Again--this beer is like drinking marijuana. That's all I can say. I don't know why I find this so good given that I no longer smoke, but it's definitely one of my new favorites. Even if you dislike marijuana and have never tried it, I'd recommend giving this beer a shot just because it's so unlike any other pale or ipa out there.

Mostly cloudy with some floating particles. Thin head with streak lacing. Aroma is light. Butterscotch and citrus, peach and melon. The 3 hops blend give it floral, grass, citrus, & fruit flavors. Quite diverse. Juicy and resinous. The caramel malt gives it some extra sweetness and smooths it out. Nice crisp and dry finish, with just the right amount of hops bitterness in the aftertaste.
