Brewed in honor of the local air force reserve whose members are accustomed to dilute American beers, ScreaminÂ’ Eagle is suggestive of an adjunct lager though the taste gives no direct indication of this. The beer is very pale yellow with a characteristic milk-white, soft, frothy head and flawless lace. The flavor is grassy with a slight nutty element and spry Saaz aroma.
An easy drinking beer whose humble character arrives by design and not accident.
