Pint at the Hope beer festival.
A: Golden colour, slight haze, small thin head which faded, some
lacing.
S: Initial burst of citrus gave way to a bit
of earth and souring fruit.
T: Combined bitter fruits (mainly grapefruit) with earth. M: Light
body, minimal carbonation.
O: Nice to have a couple on a warm late spring day but wouldn’t
want more than that.
