Bottle. Dark amber. Hazy with a few yeast floaters.
Sour scrumpy cider aroma. Soy sauce, toffee and infused fruit.
Woody taste. Bourbon is just about apparent. Slightly sour. Blackberry sweetness. Light astringency.
Nice bottle conditioned carbonation and feel.
Bottle ageing will hopefully create an outstanding brew.
