Bourbon BA milk stout.
Pitch black, mocha head, lots of sediments.
Bourbon, coffee, vanilla, cocoa, very nice barrel presence. Toffee. Reminds me of the smell of BCBS, which is a good thing
Is it possible to age an espresso in a bourbon barrel. That's what it would taste like. Very balanced. A. Bit of acidity from the roasty espresso notes, vanilla from the oak. Great bourbon presence. Quite dry and not overly bitter
Very smooth, gentle carbonation.
Overall this is a world class beer. Marble definitely knows how to brew and age a beer. This is a perfectly balanced, completly drinkable 12% Abv beer. By the way, it's amazing how much you can't tell there is booze in this one, amazing.
