33cl can, bb in 5m.
A collaboration with Slim Pickens.
The colour is a blend of pink and light orangeish tint of yellow. Very thin head dissipates quickly and leaves practically no trace.
Drive-by aroma already has a very definite scent of raspberry. the part of the raspberry aroma that resembles rum. If I had not known the beer has raspberries, I would have guessed something alcoholic in a non-burning way.
Mouthfeel is appropriately carbonated, with a slightly muted tartness, giving room to more of the raspberry tang, taking in green apple notes, presumably from the quince, as the flavour develops. Some nice understated creaminess in the end as fits the style.
Retains enough edge while remaining easy as you drink. A plesant, balanced fruit sour.
