First brewed in collaboration with our friends at Amundsen Brewery, Oslo, Alf is a contemporary Pale Ale. Estery yeast accentuates the stone fruit and tropical fruit character brought by a heavy-hop of Mosaic, Enigma and Sultana, whilst a protein-heavy grist gives a full, pillowy body.

500ml can.
L: Opaque, milky yellow, two fingers of cream head and sheets of lacing.
S: Low key to nowt.
T: Pineapple, tangerine, lemon, green apple, just a hint of summer berry. Bitterness that starts low but builds a little.
F: Medium/light body, smooth mouthfeel and a chalk dry finish.
O: An easy-drinking hazy - smooth and juicy and only moderately alcoholic. Some interesting and unusual hops. Good stuff.
