Poured into a Nostradamus flute glass. Pours a clear medium bright orange amber. One finger cream colored head with excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of oranges, sweet malt, Belgian spicing and a hint of hops. Flavor is very subtle, but dry and complex; orange, mild malt, celery, neutral hops, faint citrus, Belgian yeast and spicing. Light lingering aftertaste that reveals other citrus and fruit esters. Drier and less spice forward than most tripels, but very satisfying. Very nice medium to heavy creamy body with excellent mouthfeel. A well made and somewhat off-beat tripel This is my third Marble ale and I must say that I'm impressed with the fact that they are not exactly to style, but beautifully made and interesting. Sadly the price point on these has made them scarce at local shops. I'd buy this and the dubbel again in a heartbeat.

poured from bottle into a tulip. Pours a solid dark orange color with a very good foamy head. There is a bit of haziness to the appearance too.
Nice and lush aromas of creams, navel oranges, spice tones and a hint of toffee as well.
Very smooth full feel with really good notes of navel oranges, spice, and creams. There is a bit of booziness on the back end as well that detracts a slight bit.
This is a quality tripel. Bought this bottle on a lark and was pretty impressed with it.
