Tap
Pours very dark clear brown. Eggshell film for a head.
Aroma is of biscuit, toast, cocoa, and coffee.
Flavor is coffee, cocoa, toast, and hints of cinnamon.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Decent dark beer. Stout-like even though it's classed as a winter warmer here. Goes down easy. Might have this again.

This is basically Snow Melt with an infusion of coffee.
The coffee does not really stand out in the nose. However, it certainly asserts itself in the flavor profile. The roast is solid but not overly bitter.
It tastes like a smooth coffee with cream. The downside is that the malt bill is not as upfront as it is in Snow Melt.

Taste of coffee, bit of the raisin, like a faint sherry or port
Feel the alcohol, low sudsing the mouthfeel is thin, faint bitterness that lingers

Pours a dark amber color with a tan head and plenty of lace. The aroma is superb and I wish this was the smell of oxygen, because I could breathe it all day. Fresh, dark roast coffee grounds. Smells perfect for what it is.
In the taste, more premium coffee flavor and a black patent malt flavor. Light grassy hops and fair bitterness. Big coffee, light chocolate and vanilla come out next to the primo beans. Clean and delicious.
Light, low carbonation from the cask aging, melts in your mouth. Forget the Snow Melt, heres the real deal. Truly a delicious real ale.
