Hop aromatics are more grassy & floral, it isn’t exactly bursting with flavor on the tongue but still good - mostly just some semi-tropical hop notes with some floral elements underneath. I don’t know if the Brut yeast tamps down any flavor, but it doesn’t seem to posses much of its own but does make the body noticeably crisp and dry
