Poured fresh from the growler purchased this evening into a nonic.

A - The color is a dark and muddy, turbid ruddy brown with almost no opacity. Thick 3 inch head of sandy beige foam with good retention.

S - Crisp, pale malt aroma, a touch on the dry side. Floral potpourri and herbal hops also present.

T - The flavor is light and crisp, full of floral bitterness. A slight touch of diacytl along with some sweeter malts appear midway through. Finish is herbal with a touch of grapefruit zest.

M - Smooth-bodied with light carbonation, almost as if it came straight from the firkin.

D - Extremely sessionable beer that delivers on flavor. It's good to see these types of beer more in the US.
