Appears a cloudy bright golden with a wispy white head, my first brew I sampled at this year's Penn Fest I have since enjoyed it on tap in number. Aromatics offer a tart lactic citrus twang with a touch of yeast and spiciness offered by the coriander. Flavor more of the that refreshing tartness bringing a dry finish light hop presence but the star of the show is the funk and salty sweet combo from the wheat malt. Just a kiss of coriander was there not the typical overdone version when it comes to coriander infused brews. Closest experience to liquid unpasteurized yogurt and citrus fruits I will ever find in a beverage that turns out refreshing and very palatable. Mouthfeel was light with naturally tight carbonation a little bit of pucker but not overbearing finishes bone dry of course. Drinkability was actually great even in the heat it was hitting on a level of refreshing and palate enlightenment that was perfect for the start of the 2008 Penn Microbrewer's fest.

Fresh from East End.Drank from a Steelers pint glass.
Cloudy yellow with not much of a head.No lacing and no traces of a head either.
Notes of funk and wheat and some citrus.
I tasted wheat, orange, coriander and some sort of funky yeast.
Thin mouthful and very easy on the palate. You could drink alot of this considering the low abv.
Great beer but I think a growler is a bit too much for one person.

I had this a while ago, and it was simply known as "Gose", but seeing that this is the only East End Gose, Here It Gose!
A. Served on tap into a pint glass. Light brown in color.
S. Musty malt, some barnyard elements.
T. A funky malty experience. I've never had a beer that tasted quite like this and its very memorable. Sour, malty, almost citric. Interesting.
M. Medium bodied.
D. I drank this with ease and would definately like to try it again.

A growler courtesy of Hojaminbag. Thanks Ben!
A: The ale is a pale straw color, a mix of gold and brown that gets darker at the widest part of the glass. A 2 finger head was fast to rise and fast to fall.
S: The aroma is quite tart, full of malted wheat. Coriander and a touch of smoke is also present. This beer should have some salt in it, but I can't pick any up in the nose.
T: The ale is quite tart, a sure sign of the wheat in the malt profile. The tartness is dry and makes me want another sip. The ale is spiced with coriander and the long-awaited sodium chloride. The yeast employed also adds to the profile with just a touch of clove. The tartness is present throughout, just below the surface but adding enough green apple flavor to remind you that it is here.
M: The spice profile and tartness conspire to create create an excellent ale. The tartness lingers but is light enough that this does not become a sour ale.
D: I don't know the ABV but I can't imagine that it is too high, there is certainly no indication of booze. East End is doing a great job in reintroducing dying styles and this one is top-notch.

Slightly cloudy yellow body with a very fluffy airy white head.
A strong wheat aroma comes out right away. Everyone I was drink with remarked that the Gose smells good.
Tasty. Mostly malted wheat character with a little bit of spiciness comes through. The flavor is dominated by ahuge wheat twang. Mouthfeel is fairly thin and well-carbonated.
Pretty drinkable, Great beer for a summer day.
