Poured a nice semi-orange with great head and nice lacing. Very sweet and fruity scent, clean and crisp. Excellent flavor, a great fruity flavor (cherries and citrus?) with a slight banana/clove pop to it. Goes down well, with just a bit too much alcohol roughness to it. A very good tripel.

Thanks to mymrnngjckt for bringing and sharing this at our recent beer club gathering. Poured into my snifter glass. Appears a mildly hazy deep amber color with about a finger of off white foam. The head lingers for a while, pretty much until I'm over halfway thru the glass. Smell and taste reminds me of an overstuffed, super sweet apple pie, but with out all the spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc.) Yep, a spice free apple pie with an extra cup of sugar added and topped with a thin layer of caramel. This beer is really cloyingly sweet. Medium in both body and carbonation. Drinkability is low for me due to the overwhelming sweetness.

Poured from a growler courtesy of CrazyMacHarris99 with friends at the Brick Store.

Pours a bright, slightly hazy golden orange that clears up as it warms. There is a small creamy white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a solid ring

The aroma is very sweet with tons of light fruits, especially apples. There is a hefty Belgian yeast bubble-gum type aroma in the there as well.

The taste is almost as sweet as the nose but does have a little bit more caramel. It's still dominated by the sugary fruits, apricots and apples in the spotlight.

The mouthfeel is medium-bodied with lower carbonation than a typical tripel. Not sure if that's becuase of the growler or if it's the beer.

This is a good tripel and a very sweet take on the style with a dominant light fruitiness throughout the nose and taste.
