Clear yellow gold with a bright white foam head of thick consistency yet moderate height leaving spotty lacing.
A pleasant toasted white corn bread fills a wonderfully frothy medium body that finishes semi-dry to dry and overall herbally semi-bitter, exhaling that deliciously comforting toastiness for days.
At times it almost seems like the herbal hops contain a touch of red licorice, or else something I'm not quite able to put my finger on.
