East End Session Ale : Drayman's Heather Ale
Pours a murky brown, off white head forms and dissapates. In the aroma, roasted malt and the flowery element can be attributed to the addition of heather. Follows through to the taste, some bitter heather adding a floral/herbal touch, and carmelized malt adds a rich sugary sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and the finish is clean. Overall I thought this was a fine rendition of a Scottish herbed ale, and cheers to Scott on a nice session ale.

A: Great carmel brown color with light tan cap which stays about 1/8th inch the full beer thru.
S: Light malts and heather blooms a very different aroma not bad, very pleasing but different.
T: More of the same light malts and heather also notes of light carmel flavor.
M: Light to medium body with a nice even carbonation level.
D: Very refreshing and drinkable good job everyone at East End thanks Scott.
