Cerveza de color rojizo, con un dedo de espuma de poca retención. Ligera y de carbonatación media. Aroma a frutos rojos. En boca es dulce y con un final ácido.
Una opción distinta para cuando quieras beber una Radler.

Love the flavor of this one. Tasted exactly like cranberry. Easily one of my favorites from the Redd's collection. I Really wish they'd bring this back. Unfortunately, it looks to be discontinued.

Clear amber colored ale with no head formation. Faint pinkish tinge to it.

Smells like cranberry juice.

Starts out sweet tart in flavor. Tastes very much like soda. Not much beer like about it.

Mouthfeel is soda.

Overall, it is cranberry soda.

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of cranberries, hint of pale malt, hint of adjunct. Fits the style of a Fruit / Vegetable Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong cranberries, hint of pale malt, hint of sweet malt, and a hint of adjunct. Overall, all cranberry and nothing else, but feel is too sharp.

A thanks goes out to the captain of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with rose highlights and zero head. Smell is of cranberries, some sweetness. Taste is cranberry, tart, light grains, little of the sweetness in the aroma. Feels light in the mouth and overall, not a terrible beer, but one is plenty for me.

Redd's Cranberry Ale has an off-white head that fizzes right away, a clear, somewhat bubbly, peach or rose' appearance, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of cranberry fruit, with an underlying standard ale (think of Foster's Premium Ale). Taste is of cranberry fruit flavor and blonde ale (white bread, white bread crust, and no bitterness, in this case). Mouthfeel is low medium, and Redd's Cranberry Ale finishes crisp, refreshing, and easy going. RJT

My husband and I both love Cranberry and we enjoy Redds other flavored ales but I have to be honest between the Apple and Cranberry both are very close followed by the Strawberry being third.. We simply enjoy the flavor, slightly tart and on a hot humid day trust me this is Awesome Stuff . Wish the sold the Cranberry in a single pack like the Apple and Strawberry!!! Thanks

Redd's Cranberry Ale | Miller Brewing Co. Poured from the bottle into a Sam Adam's Perfect Pint glass, this beer has no head, no lacing, and a clear reddish amber body.

I'm gonna have to concur with a respectable gentleman's observation, @woodychandler, and say it smells JUST like Ocean Spray Crann-Apple juice.

It tastes quite a bit like it also, with a balancing mid-palate tartness to keep this from being an exact replica, presumably.

The mouthfeel here is light, crisp, and quenching. Fair carbonation.

Overall, I'll give Redd's Cranberry Ale | Miller Brewing Co. a decent 3.25. Thanks to @nicholas2121 for donating a few bottles for this review.

Today is Labor Day, M, 05 Sept 2016 & through some miracle of stupidity & dumb luck, I have found a CAN of this one! The CANQuest rejoices in its ability to suss out all-new & different beers in CANs as quickly as they appear. Get onboard with your own CANQuest (tm) & report back.

From the CAN: Special Release [-] Limited Pick".

The Crack! was really loud, leading me to wonder if my hearing has changed since Friday night when I went to see MacSabbath. Hmm. I was able to CANduct an inverted Glug, bringing it right to the rim of the glass before being forced to back off. I had a brief finger of fizzy head, but it was almost pop-like and dissipated as quickly as it had risen. Color was Amber to Deep Amber/Light Copper (SRM = > 9, < 13) with NE-quality clarity. Nose smelled more like strawberry than cranberry. Hmm. The taste was lightly tart, but I was still getting strawberry as opposed to cranberry. I just re-read my initial review and I wonder if they did not mis-package this one. I will grant you that I have not had their Strawberry Ale, but this does not seem to be as tart as my original bottle review would indicate. I am not CANplaining, either. This was tasty without being cloying. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium, just out of watery territory. Finish was semi-sweet and I would be willing to revisit this in a CAN if I could find a Strawberry version to drink as a CANterpart.

I was out & about this past week, scouring for new & different beers when my travels & travails took me to Highland Pizzeria. Score!

From the bottle: "Special Release [-] Limited Pick".

That may be the case, but it seems to be a rotating limited release.

No Pop! as it was a screw-top bottle, followed by a heavy-handed pour. No head to speak of, although it was very fizzy & effervescent initially. Nose smelled like Ocean Spray CranApple juice drink! Ha! I used to really like drinking that at my maternal grandmother's house as a kid. Color was Amber (SRM = >7, < 9) with a faint pinkish hue. Mouthfeel was kind of thin & watery. The taste was reminiscent of candy, like SweeTarts, where you get the commingling of the sweetness of the apple along the tartness of the cranberry. It's hard to fault them for truth in advertising! Finish was semi-sweet with a tartness that kept it from being altogether sweet, but it was a bit too sweet for this birthday boy. Then again, I may not be its target audience.

16 oz. can - Freshness date of July 25 16 stamped on bottom:

Pours deep golden with little vanishing head and minimal trailing spotted lacing.

The smell is of cranberry juice with a hint of grain.

The taste is of cranberries, sweet malt. Sweet with a touch of tart in the finish.

It has a smooth body - not too fizzy.

Not bad at all for what it is - a candy-like sweet drink (with a touch of tart).

Redd's Cranberry Ale brewed by Miller Brewing Co., with an ABV of 5.00% This brew pours out a nice golden amber color, with a small white head. The head to this brew goes away fast. Cranberry Ale has the look of most Redd's brews on the market. I'm not saying that is a bad thing. The smell of Redd's Cranberry Ale is rich with , cranberry , with apple sweetness. You also pick up on a hit grains and malts in the smell of this brew. Now for the taste, it is bitter, sweet. You pick up on the tartness of cranberry, and the sweetness of of apple. There is alot going on in Redd's Cranberry Ale, it has a nice nice smooth bitter, sweet taste to it. There is nothing overpowering about this brew. The mouthfeel of Redd's Cranberry Ale is bold, clean, smooth and refreshing. This is one of the more enjoyable Redd's brews on the market. Overall I'm giving Redds Cranberry Ale a 3.75 out of 5. I would buy this brew again. Thee is just something about this mix I like . Miller Brewing Co., did a nice job with his one. Thank You Miller Brewing Co.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a light pinkish gold color, with an extremely thin white head that fades almost instantly and leaves no lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains mostly cranberries as you would expect along with some light caramelized malts.

T: The taste starts out with a sweet cranberry flavor and not the tartness that you typical get with cranberry-flavored beers. Then some mild breadiness comes in from a thin malt character. There is almost no hops presence and very little balance. The after-taste is sweet.

M: A little crisp and a little smooth, light body, medium-to-high carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: A little flavorful due to the cranberry, goes down ok, not filling at all, mild kick, not the best representation of style, if you’re in the mood for the cranberry flavors it’s not too bad but there seems to be a lack of beer-like qualities to it.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass

Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden amber color as is seen through the clear bottle. Upon pouring there is a scant fizzy white head that fades in an instant leaving no lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell – The aroma of the beer is pretty much of an apple cider like smell. With this overarching cider aroma are some light hints of grain and a little bit of cranberry.

Taste – The taste begins with a strong apple cider taste that is on the rather sweeter side. As the taste advances a little bit of a cranberry flavor works its way onto the tongue with some of the sweetness fading ever so slightly. With the loss of the sweet and the cranberry coming to the tongue, a little bit of a more bitter and sour flavor balances some of the sweet. In the end, one is left with a rather sweet, but somewhat sour apple cider flavor to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is very thin and light with a carbonation level that is average to a little bit on the higher side. For the cider like characteristics of the brew, the feel is rather appropriate and makes for a more crisp drinking style.

Overall – Pretty much a lightly cranberry flavored cider, here with the cranberry hitting just at the end of the taste. If you like a somewhat sweeter but lightly soured cider then this may be for you, but if not looking for a cider, then you may want to avoid this one.

Sampled last night on 12/11/14. Came in a 12 pack with 3 different Redd's (Apple, Strawberry & Cranberry Ale). Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a "REDD'S APPLE ALE" pint glass.

Pours a golden-yellow with a slight red tinge in color with really no cap and lacing to speak of. The aroma is of grains and cranberry as would be excepted. Pretty much the same for the taste and isn't as sweet as you would think, just a bit of tartness from the cranberries. Goes down very easy. Good taste. Lighter bodied with good carbonation. Overall, this was a good ale and a little different than a hard cider. Overall, I liked it.
