Amber orange color with a thin beige head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of grapefruit, caramel and toasted malts and peaches.
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, mild pine, caramel and toasted malts, spices, tea leaves and lemon drops. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Somewhat hoppy and citrusy American Red Ale; relatively not super complex, but still faithful to style.

600ml bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A: Pours a very pretty coppery amber colour with 3 fingers of a white foamy head with good retention. Thin lacing left on the walls of the glass.
S: Caramel malts, earthy hops, moderately sweet, citric aroma. I would say it lacks a bit of complexity, but still nice.
T: Dry-hopped, very nice balance between hops and malts. Some fruitiness, and caramel. Not so sweet, moderately bitter. The hoppiness reminds me of an IPA, with a more caramel-like malty character.
M: Medium-bodied with nice carbonation. Aftertaste is great, buttery and bready. Bitterness persists for a while,
O: Nice brew. Straight forward, very refreshing and tasty. I would pair this up with a nice steak.
