Nice golden color with a medium head with medium retention. Slightly hazy in the first pour.
Delicate aroma with predominant banana and cereals, with less intensity than others Weiss beers.
Flavor was more interesting than aroma, very refreshing and not overly sweet. More on the citric side, orange like and hints of banana, cinnamon, and wheat. Aftertaste is mildly dry with touches of orange.
Light body with good carbonation with small bubbles. Drinkability at its best.
Very good Weiss, especially if you got tired of the style this one is a good alternative. Reminded me of Rothaus.

Served on-tap at Bierland itself in its branded weizen glass. On to the beer:

Who doesn't love a big fluffy head on top of a hefeweizen? It must be the banana yellow color and its toasted hues which make the contrast so much more lovely. The retention of it is good. The nose isn't as high quality as the look, but with a little cinnamon and gum, it will do.

The yummy mix of flavors, which includes bubblegum, doeses of banana and cinnamon, topped off by malted wheat, create a beverage that is a delight to drink. As a bonus, the light body and gentle carbonation, complete with a fruity aftertaste, put the final touches on this quality beer.

A delicious weizenbier, and a real competitor to Eisenbahn's Weizenbier for the best weizen produced in Blumenau.
