600 ml bottle (exp. 07/2016, already a month ago), pilsner glass. Golden liquid with small amount of short retention white foam. At start, it's a very clear beer, showing much carbonation in it. After half a bottle, bottom sediments turned it hazy. Very nice fruitiness on nose and mouth, reminding me a bit of a Hacker-Pschorr Kellerbier. It seems to have more than its 15 IBU. Low sweetness, dry end, medium body. Very nice beer, way above my expectations and with lots of character.

Yellow color, a bit hazy, with lots of thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Flowery aroma with faint notes of smoked malts. Some bready and citrusy notes.
Flavor of non-sweet oranges, pale malt and dates with flowery and herbal notes (chamomile tea).
Dry aftertaste, a bit citric and astringent.
Light to medium body with low carbonation with tiny bubbles.
Hard to fit it to a style, this is a good indication as they say that it is really a new style. I liked its clear citric and flowery mix, the different sensation and own personality and the history behind it. Reminded me a bit of a Heather Ale such as Fraoch.
